60:8 Who are these who float along ¹  like a cloud,

who fly like doves to their shelters? ² 

Yehezkiel 38:9

38:9 You will advance; ³  you will come like a storm. You will be like a cloud covering the earth, you, all your troops, and the many other peoples with you.
